Not necessarily, he had internet fame on his side so people were willing to take a bigger loss on their trade. I bet an average person could do it it would just take a hell of a lot longer without the internet noteriety.

Well I'd be up for trying it if I can get CAG behind me - of course I have one other project to finish editing first - my damn wedding shoot is making me delay on it.

That guys story is awesome. But the guy with the 'Million Dollar Home Page' is my hero. That guy is gonna make a million dollars for about 20 minutes of total work. He never even had to leave his house! lol

Going price 3 bedroom 2 story house only $50,000 US? If it werent for import fees i think i'd move there.
