CRAP! Time Crisis 3 order disappeared from my Amazon account!

Agh!! I ordered the 2 guncons plus Time Crisis 3 for $20... that shiat wasn't a price mistake... it gave me a timeframe of sometime next week for arrival.... and now the order has disappeared completely!

Anyone else get in on this and know what happened? I hope I'm overreacting but I didn't get the 98 cent MPH and I had no reason to expect this amazon order to be cancelled... :-(

Damn, yeah, I just got the email too. Can I whine for a minute? This sucks, my wife and I love to play this in the arcade and I already told her it was coming. :-( Okay, whine over. A CAG must endure these things in pursuit of the deal. :-)

I got an e-mail from Amazon.com this morning cancelling my order too. But they were quick to send me the $5.99 filler item a week ago that I ordered with it to get the free shipping!

This is the second time Amazon.com has done this to me in the last six months. Why does Amazon take orders they know they can't fill? :bomb:

No, not so far, but I'm not going to hassle returning the filler item, as there's just too much work involved just to re-coup the 6 bucks. I think that perhaps next time I see an item on Amazon.com with a price that seems "too good to be true" with a ship date more that 2 weeks out from the order date, I'll pass on it.
