I'm a part of the Bemani community and from a general consensus that I've seen, Ultramix 3 appears to be a step down from Ultramix 2 but better than Ultramix 1.
Just realize that if you buy any of the UM1-series (SP 1-6) or UM2-series (SP 7-12) songpacks in Ultramix 3, they cannot be played in the older mix. If you want to play SP 2 in Ultramix 1 for example, you have to buy it in Ultramix 1 and it will show up across all three games. And songpacks that did not appear in an older mix will not show up on the older mix.

I have not.
It might be playable for me here as the floors are very solid, but I still worry about bugging my downstairs neighbor.
Anyone seen cheap deals without the bundle for the game alone ($15 or less)?
