Yeah, now I don't have to hunt the demo down. ONE demo though, not too exciting, but a GOOD one at least....well, something that is not on the Marketplace yet.

That Bomberman score is painful... I'd much rather have some classic Bomberman on XBLA anyway, but I was still hoping that it'd be something worthwhile.

Wow I just got my new OXM today.....I think I might have received it early because I complained to OXM because the demo discs were missing with my last 4 issues. Anyway's the demo has a parental advisory warning on the front of it that says "This demo contains adult language and themes and should not be played without parental authorization." i thought that was kinda funny because I never had a demo with that on. Anyway's it's just the Saint's Row Demo and it doesn't have the extra's that the TRU Saint's Row Demo has.

It's a niche game for a niche audience. If you loiked it, you fit that niche. Otherwise the game deserves a mediocre score (between 6-7/10 (8/10 for GI :razz: ). Regardless, scores don't really matter.

I keep calling TRU's and they tell me they have them but can't sell them. I called today and they tell me that they will give them away when they start preordering the game on AUGUST 1ST...:bomb: pisses me off :bomb:

So the Germans banned the zombie killing fest known as Dead Rising, but they happen to get an early release of the Saint's Row demo...yeah...that makes sense.

German website Xbox Archiv (http://www.xbox-lan.com/?p=2860) informs us that the Saints Row (http://wiki.xboxic.com/Saints_Row) demo appeared online for a short while by accident. Some people managed to complete the 894MB large download which only appeared in Germany (http://www.xboxic.com/news/1308#) under the Besondere Downloads (Featured Downloads) section.
This is not the first time (http://www.xboxic.com/news/411) a demo was put online and pulled shortly after that, allthough for slightly different reasons. I guess they just want to spread out all the content a little because they don’t want to spoil us too much now and have nothing to give us later on. It was feared that the framerate was terrible, but according to our source it was much better than expected.

Got my mag yesterday, so they should be arriving to most soon. Game seems pretty good to me.....I didn't finish the demo as i started to screw around at the end. I could only find a PISTOL to use too...not sure if there are GOOD guns in the demo. Still fun. I have to learn more

I got a sub-machine gun and exchanged my bat for a cops baton. Also exchanged my pistol for a revolver. Only played through once, so maybe there are more weapons.
For those who don't get this mag, I was at the BB in Oakdale, MN and they had pre-order boxes for $5 with the demo just sitting on the shelves.
