I need to know where I can find them and for a cheap price. Do normal stories (such as Best Buy and Target) still sell them?

Cheapest I can think of right now is KMart bundled with Mario Party 4 or Metroid Prime, and should be around $7. That is, if you can find it.
Best Buy and Target still sell it for its original price, IIRC.

gamerush had it clearanced at $10 or so, and target cleared out the original grey ones for $7.50 maybe
