Commercial fan coolers for a 360

I saw in the store yesterday two fans for the 360: Pelican fan w/stand, and Intercooler fan.

Anyone have any experience with either product? Is one better than the other? Are either necessary?

Each are 19.99.

I have had a 360 since launch and have never had any problems with overheating. Actually, no problems at all.

I would say neither are neccesary-these companies are just cashing in on paranoia.
