How do you leave feedback?

I'm pretty new to the site, and have been browsing looking thru feedback ratings etc. I was just wondering, how do you leave feedback for a user? Is there an offical trade posted anywhere? Or how does that work?

Sorry if this is already posted up somwhere, I read most of the guide to selling and trading, and browsed the rest and didn't seem to find my awnser.
