I keep getting double posts .

I submit the thread and it says you must wait 45 secs. I wait and submit it and and then BAM two threads. Huh?

If you hadn't submitted anything else within the previous 45 seconds, then it accepted your post and thought you were trying to post again. In that case, don't submit it again.
