I've sent and received cash for trades, but it's very much at your own risk. Paypal or money order would be safer options.

One last question: How old do you have to be to place a money order?There shouldn't be an age requirement. You just give them your money.
Also, there's a fee to get a money order. It's usually somewhere between 50 cents to a dollar.

It was .33 cents at Wal-Mart last time I got one.
