Dayum!!!!
I would bite, oh ho ho I really would.
But.
For around 50 bucks more I could get 4 gbs. And with the way things are going I'll be able to get 4 gigs for under $100 with in 2-3 months.
Thanks a lot for the deal though...

Perhaps Sony is getting a little scared at their numbers of all PSP sales, handhelds and otherwise-- Target's already pulled PSP movies, and that's a huge blow.

if you cant do homebrew/iso's with later firmware PSP's, whats the point of getting the 4gb sticks?

Well, music, I guess. Also, there is suppsedly going to be a service that Sony will have to get PS1 games through downloads, so I assume a 4 gig stick would be good for that. Anyways, the "dark side" can not and will never be wiped out, so there will always be ways to fill that stick.

Lots of luck with that, from what I understand 1.5 PSPs can only see up to 4gb (that's why the Datel PSP Hard Drive, while containing a microdrive, is limited to a measly 4gb). Unless Sony releases a firmware that specifically addresses that limitation, AND the homebrew guys can come up with a way to overcome the paradoxical problem of not being able to get the PSP to see an application that would enable you to see the application on an 8gb card, 1.5ers are stuck at 4gb.
Edit: That said, I bit. I keep biting. Now I've got a 32, 512, 1gb, 2gb, and a 4gb in the mail.
