Final Fantasy Tactics PSX NEW $8.99 w/MVP @ Gamecrazy YMMV

I found a couple of new sealed copies of Final Fantasy Tactics (Greatest Hits) for PS1 at my local (Chicagoland) Gamecrazy yesterday for $8.99(they charge the used price for the game). The store manager said that every store in the district got at least one copy of the game. Might be a nationwide thing, but probably not. Both my copies have a movie gallery sticker on them, so wide distribution may be more likely. This might be worth checking out if you're looking for the game on the cheap.

Also, did the classic plastic sale end? New PSX games qualify for the $5 classic plastic sale in my experience. I bought a new copy of Alone In The Dark for $5 (marked $22.99).

if your TRU has them, they are $10 there. My Walmart had them for $15 as well. Not 8.99 but a good deal considering they fetch $30 or so on eBay.

Hm, apparently there's a GameStop near where I go to school that has 4+ copies of FFT.. I vaguely remember seeing one or two there last time I was there.. maybe I'll stop back in and see if I can grab one for $13.

The stores that I bought from sold the game as USED even though they were new, thus I got the MVP. The movie gallery sticker was on the outside of the plastic wrap.

And, sorry guys, I'm not trading/selling either of my copies.

No FF:Tactics at my Gamecrazys, but I've now seen one copy of Resident Evil: Gaiden new, sealed at two different GCs. On had it marked $13, and one marked $30.

The thing is, the game had a Greatest Hits run after it was sold-out. Non-Greatest Hits versions are the ones that go for big bucks on eBay. Same for Castlevania: SotN.

Not just the 25 for GH, but apparently it costs 6+ dollars shipping and handling for a cd jewel case. I mean, people complain about Shipping and Handling when it comes to amazon, buy.com, etc. but when they want to sell something on ebay - they want to make a 3 + dollar profit! 25 For GH is definitely weak, i agree.
