i really want to order my mac book but i heard they might come out with a new macbook with a dual core 2 processor i just want someone to let me know if they are releasing more hardware and would there be more key note presentations to advertise and give info about this machines

Don't count on it, right now the MacBook and the MacBook Pro are almost the same computers, just in different cases.
This means that Apple will probably put the Core 2 Duos in the MacBook Pro and keep the Core Duos in the MacBook, so that the pro is more pro, like it once was in the Powerbook and iBook days.
Just one CAG opinion.
[edit] - The next time Apple will probably do something major is in September, maybe the 12th - 13th at Mac Expo Paris. This is also probably when something is told about the future of the two iPod lines.

I concur, Apple will probably show some new Ipods and a OS upgrade but that's it for now.

no, im not saying next year, im saying next month, maybe.
they might drop a new Core 2 Duo architecture chip into the MacBook Pros, but I'm not sure. The last time they upped the chips in the MacBook Pro, they just did it, on some random day the apple store went down and when it came back it had been upped and that wasn't long after they first came out. if you can wait, try and wait for mac expo paris (sept. 12, 2006), the core 2 duo arch. is much faster than the core duo, it would be worth the wait, it will happen sooner or later, it is a question of when and how long you want to wait
final: i highly doubt anything new from them this week, jobs would have let it out this morning
