you gotta try the smaller shops. i got it for 30 new and a store called dragons den in upstate NY (Poughkeepsie). they are pretty good with games. most big store wont carry it because it is a very uncommon (not neccesarily rare) niche title. smaller indie shops would probably have it for a decent price. but the game is worth it an any price. 26 was a great deal.

UPDATE, all thos living in or near poughkeepsie, there is at least one copy of rez, new, at circuit city on route nine, marked at 49.99. didnt price check, but it probably is lower. just keep an eye out.

I been told by employee they have 3 copies left on the shelves & 5 copies on the Backroom. SOme Cheapassgamer or Cheapass Ebay Seller pickup all of the copies yesterday :(

I really hated it when somebody take adv. of the deal & put on ebay for more $$$$.

It's a nice rhythm-based rail shooter. It was only made in limited quantities and thus that's why it's hard to find. I had it at one point, but sold it.

its a bit hard to put into words. my dad called it "an experience", which is pretty acurate. you need to see it, hear it, and feel it to know it. at base, its an on-rail shooter, like panzer dragoon, but its so much more. one of the greatest feelings is when your heartbeat syncronizes with the base line. just dont play with epilepsy.

and someone asked me the other day why this makes me mad... I find it incredibly frustrating that I've never played this and have looked all over for one new copy, and someone goes out and pick up EIGHT to sell. I'm sickened.
