Okay, I'm getting a hdtv next week and am wondering what are the fees for me to make the move up to hd programming. Timewarner is taking over all fascets in my area in ohio including my internet, phone (http://www.highdefforum.com/showthread.php?t=26880#), and cable. I currently have one digital box down stairs on a none hdtv and the hdtv is going into my room so I will need another box. What am I looking at get programming in hd extra in fees a month. How much will it be to get certain channels a month in hd. Just what should i expect. A list would be amazing. I currently have nothing extra but a few of the history channels and programs like that so movie channels=no. DVR is kinda outa the picture because I'm guessing it costs a little to much. Thanks a ton guys.

Why not call Time Warner? Plus I don't think DVR should be too much. I have Comcast here in Michigan, they only charge an extra 10 for mine..
It's too bad cable companys are monopolies to their areas, and they can charge anything they want

HDTV costs me an extra 7.95 a month. I only have Basic cable(the $11 cheapo) and HDTV though.

Here (http://www.timewarnerspecial.com/cabletv.html)is their website with packages.
Looks like $39.95 for the first 3 months for Digital and HD programming, DVR, free activation and install...and so on. Not sure what it is after that. I think if you bundle everything together (phone, internet and cable) it's cheaper.
There's also a bunch of rebates it looks like here. (http://rebates.broadbandnational.com/)
(Scroll down to Time Warner)
Hope that helps.
