I know NOTHING about DC, so I need help. I know a couple of these games weren't released, but he said they were finished being developed and are CDR and complete...

I wouldn't go for it knowing that those games are BOOTLEG (CDR).

I bought mine from a friend in a box w/ 4 controllers, 4 VMU's, 8 games, for $50 3 years ago. I then sold it to another friend 2 years ago for $35, and 3 months ago I bought it back from him for $25. unless there is a really rare game, I wouldn't do more than $50-$75 (if it is top noch condition)

I think only 2 of them were bootleg (and they weren't games that came out)

one of them is half-life
that never came out for the DC

$100 is fair. I mean you're getting about $80 - $100 of games alone...

I would personally recommend buying the system alone and purchasing the games you are interested in seperately. The Dreamcast was a great system at the time, but it is very hard to justify playing most of it's games in this day and age. I do personally enjoy Record of Lodoss War and Zombie Revenge though. As a point of refrence, here is a lot I just sold locally to a complete stranger for $30:

Im about to buy another dreamcast. Theres a local game store that has one for 14.99.
As everyone else has already said, I wouldnt buy for 200.

I am no DC expert, as I have only recently started playing mine. But Power Stone 2 is a great game and somewhat valuable - at least $30 some are going for $50+. I would throw a few bucks your way if you could throw a copy of propeller arena my way. Not big on bootlegs, but since it never came out here...
