I see there is a cool faceplate with pre order from europe. Will the game work here or is it pal or something? Thanks for any help.

So unless you have a PAL TV and a PAL Xbox360....its not going to work.

Looks like a faceplate sticker....ala, Tomb Raider at Best Buy....I could be wrong though.
