Capcom also officializes the development of Devil May Cry on PSP on its last planning. No other information concerning the title is indicated for the moment

Yeah probably. It won't be DMC3 but it can be as good as DMC. I just think of Bezerk: Gutz Revenge for the DC but with DMC mechanics. And if you have watched videos of Bounty Hounds for the PSP it doesn't seem like the PSP will have trouble translating the balls-to-the-wall action that DMC provides gamers.
