I want to make some fake movie posters, anyone know where I can get a decent program that is similar to photoshop but free? I mainly just need to be able to resize and cut stuff from one picture and drag it into another.

but if you're just shuffling stuff around, then paint should be fine. The problem with paint is that it has no layer feature, but lucky for you, the Gimp does.
