My auction for Final Fantasy: Dawn of Souls completed yesterday. Right after i got notification of the payment. In paypal it said the payment was completed, but in ebay it said "pending". Then i notice today that the auction winner is "No Longer a Registered User". The guy has 271 positives (as both buyer/seller - 12 positives in last month), only 1 negative from February.

Still sending him the game seems to be a dumb idea, he could be mad at ebay, so why not screw over any remaining deals he has. Im going to refund the money, and make a second chance offer to the bidder before him (50 cents less, not too bad). But is there anything else i need to do (mainly so if this guy's account is un-banned, he cant give me bad feedback or anything.

well, if he did pay you, then you should send him the game...it seems weird that all of a sudden he would be no longer registered but he did pay you so he is entitled to the item...

Send him the game. It's happened to me before as well multiple times and I've never had a problem.

Hmm, ok. I think i might spring for Signature Confirmation as well. I know he's got good feedback, but he is banned for a reason.

People can be "banned" for any number of reasons. Maybe he never paid his seller dues, so they suspended his account untill thats taken care of, It could be any number of dumb reasons.

You have the money, just send the game. No need to spend more for SC

Welp, i emailed the seller, he said he was banned for shilling bids and wants a refund so i gave it to him and relisted the item.

I guess we can close out this thread then.
