As a note, its not even a sale. Just a blurb/ad to say that you can save "Up to 37%" off the list price for Geneon titles. This isn't a 37% off across the board sale or even a coupon, it's just a "hey check this out" item on the site for items priced the same as always.

It not might not be a real deal, but at least they don't randomly exclude some of the better or newer Geneon titles.

Im assuming you are refering to the Rightstuf Geneon sale......in which case you have to realize that all the titles they are carrying are closeouts that Geneon is trying to clear out.

I'm fuly aware of what they are but I don't like them calling it a sale and requiring coupon codes, the purchase of 10 or 25, etc. It's a clearence and they should've just marked them down to $5 a piece added them to the bargin bin or weekly specials like all the stuff they've put on sale. When you are surfing the net and hear Rightstuf has a big Geneon sale going on you assume it's a studio sale like they always have, when it's really just a clearence in disguise. If it's a closeout call it that, I mean nice prices and all, but maybe somewhat unusaually deceptive on their part. Then again maybe I'm just pissed they don't have any worthwhile titles for me out there.

I'd say you nailed it with that last sentence. The RightStuf using the word "sale" is somehow deceptive? Puh-leeze. I know I saved a bunch!
