Hello,
I just started getting into this series and my friend lent me the first 16 episodes and I loved it. I went to walmart today and I bought the movie and it came with the first dvd called the curse for $20. I would like to get the other 12 discs so if somebody knows of any deals or where to get them cheap let me know.

DeepDiscountDVD has them for around $18 a pop, about $12 cheaper than you'd find them at Suncoast.
www.bestbuy.com has them on sale this week for $16 each. Not an amazing deal, but still decent.

I didn't watch it yet since I figured it would ruin the series. I just thought that was to good a deal to pass up for the movie and disc 1.

I wish I would have thought of checking Wal-Mart, I ended up geting the movie alone for $20. Oh well.

Good luck finding a steal of a deal on the series. Its been one of the hottest anime properties for the past year and a hafl. Also, it might have behoofed you to get the limited edition of the movie for 37 bucks at rightstuf.com. I know that whats what I'm doing. I just wish I had started getting in on DVD when they started releasing it on DVD.
I can't really complain, as I "acquired" the entire series before [AS] finished their run. Thpugh, I've yet to watch past ep 37. Other than that, FMA fuckin rules. So much so that I've toyed with getting a FMA symbol tattooed on me....

Movie/Gamestop/EB sell the volumes for $12.99 used (which would be part of the 3 for $30 right now) the More/Edge card takes another $3 off making it $27 for 3 dvds. Not too bad if you dont mind them being used.

Thanks for the suggestion, I will check my gamestop and eb tomorrow. Also thanks for the heads up on the bestbuy sale. I might go there as well tomorrow and pick up a couple volumes.

Amazon has volumes 11-13 for $15.99, and the preorder for the limited edition of the movie is $24.99.

The Best Buy version of the movie DVD has an exclusive bonus disc containing 30 minutes worth of interviews and stuff. It's $19.99.
I bought mine at CC but i cant help but think that the BB exclusive is just the 30 minutes worth of interviews from the extras on volume 13. Can anyone confirm this? Just out of curiosity.

Thanks for posting about Walmart. Went and grabbed the two-pack (to hold me off til i get my pre-order for the LE version in November). Figure ill sell Volume 1 on ebay (avg going price is $10-15)
