HELP! Searching for PSone lcd @ < ebay prices

I accidentally knocked over my son's psone combo and cracked its screen today. He is soo upset!

I looked on Ebay and about :cry: when I saw replacement costs. I also called EB and GS and they said they stopped taking PSone stuff.

Any help!

type in your zip code and see if a local EB or GS has it (I just typed in my zip code and a few stores showed as it being in stock so I would think stores all over the country would have them). Even though the store you called said they stopped taking in the items, there is still a chance a store does have it. If you find a local store with it showing in stock, I would call and confirm they have it.

If you don't need the PS1, you can probably get $20 - $30 for it on EBay.

I think KMart also had the screens on clearance for $13 but they might be out of the system at this point (which would make it difficult to get for $13)

The FYE in the mall here had a couple of them the last time I stopped by there. I think they were new, but pretty shelfworn and priced at around $50. It's probably unlikely that many FYE's would still have them, but it may be worth a look.
