Deal for Painkiller for PC?

I've seen a "Special Edition" in just a Jewel Case at Wal-mart a while back for $10. I think it was just the game without the expansion.

my local sams has a few copies of the game, the only catch its in spanish, since I am in Puerto Rico, strange, cause the local market of pc games is in english, but the bastards at sams, have the game in spanish, dont care though, its my natural tongue!for 12$.,,,,

Yea my comp usa had the "special edition" of painkiller for .25 cents. All it is though is like 8 levels and no multipiplayer. Its like a giant demo. Im just looking to play some multiplayer on the game.
