grrr...anyone know if these actually come back after a while?

Are you trying to find a video via a link, or is it something you uploaded?
It could be under review if it violates copyright, or the user poilcy

I don't think so... there is usually a timelimit for the file to be available...

The person that uploaded it took it down, or Megaupload took it down.
