Hey, a new game that just came, even if it is the inferior version, is worth 20 bucks. Especially true crime, which isn't half bad.
I have given up on trying to get this game for $20. I have been trying since kmart.com had it. Everytime I check these forums, I am an hour or so late. I tried my Target store with a printout of the target.com ad but they wouldn't give it to me.

True Crime was shorter and much easier to beat. I liked the idea of the martial arts, hand-to-hand combat though.

For those who have played both True Crime and GTA: III / VC, how do the two games compare?
If you've ever played Dead to Rights, its like a better version of that, but in a GTA-esque setting with GTA driving style missions. Its a nice change from GTA, but I would say you can get everything out of this game in a rental.

Yeah I got it from Target and it is just kind of iffy and blah. I am going to see if I can trade it in after I beat it. Is it just me or is this game on of the worst abusers of framerate issues... going from 60 to 30 and to 40 back to 20.
It is sort of like if you can't do it right, don't do it at all.
