TRU has the Collector's edition for $9.98 (might be less by now since some game prices dropped a few weeks ago). You could probably buy it, and EBay the game without the bonus disc and get most of your money back (if not all of it).

Thanks for the tip... I'll go check if they have any but I doubt it... it's been a while sine it was released :(
