NEWEGG.COM has 19 inch LCDs for 200 and even less last I checked, but they won't take them back for dead pixels unless there are 8 or more. Wally World has 19s for $220 B&M and might even have cheaper ones. If anybody knows of even better deals I'd be interested since I'm planning on picking one up myself.

tigerdirect.com has some pretty good stuff, you can get alot of 19" monitrs for under $200 after rebate, even viewsonic and acer ones.
