Anywhere have it cheaper than $40? That's the same price I can get local as DDD, etc, so ordering it doesn't make any sense. I saw a couple on Amazon for $30, but shipping is feh.
(I heard the original film transfer is a lot better)

Woot.com had the set with the Neo bust for $34.99 shipped in the past. They may not have any left, but you never know what might happen come midnight cst (they only have 1 item per day).

Woot's had it at least three or four times.
I got the bust version two DDD sales ago for 30 bucks or so.
The visuals on the original movie are indeed improved.
Ordering it with free shipping would save you ~3 bucks if you pay sales tax, but being able to pick out your own undamaged copy might be worth that, though mine was packed quite solidly.

You live in Georgia, so don't forget about the evil taxes vs ordering on DDD.
Wait for the 20% sale this November/December if you can.

I picked up the bust version last year around Christmas for $35 from Suncoast. The new transfer is an improvement and there is a great review on the set from IGNhttp://dvd.ign.com/articles/566/566215p1.html The entire review has comparisons of scenes from the original matrix DVD and the new transfer from the Ultimate collection.

It's OOS now but I think wherehouse.com had it used for $27.99 a few weeks ago. Just check them regularly as they restock every so often.

The Neo Bust version is $40 at Sam Goody B&M. I used the trade 4 get 1 deal to get it for $8, though :)
