Hmm, in a little PSP dilemma

So, i bought my psp back at launch with a 2 year replacement warranty at best buy, and it has been working great since. It was an original 1.5 psp with the original mobo. (used for downgraders and that modchip and stuff), but thats not really the point since i upgraded to 2.8 anyways. But lately the sound on the psp with the speakers and my ipod headphones has been getting really staticy. Its not my music, because it worked fine before, and it does it in games. But, here is my main point of this all. It only sometimes does it, and when i restart it like 5 times, it fixes it self. So, can i just tell bestbuy that it sometimes does it and will they replace it? Or should i like brick it or something to get it replaced?

Just tell them that it does that all the time and they should let you replace it easily. They're rather flexible on warranties, which is why they're one of the best places to get a warranty from.

You should have no trouble at all. BB has the best warranties I have seen in a long time. As long as it is still good they will get you a new one.

Because they buy product that also falls off a truck in the middle of a street during Rush Hour. You get what you pay for. Although I suppose there's fair argument towards the PSP here given the complaints I've heard.
