I'm just curious as to who that feature is most used for.

That'd be fun to see, but no, it's not possible.
I could throw out some names that I know are on a lot people's lists, but that wouldn't be right. I think half of the users here are on subby's list :lol:
I'm sure it would be possible to run some scripts against the DB and see who is the most ignored. But not much chance of that actually being done and made public.

I thought it was just something Cheapy or the Mods had access to. It'd be an interesting thing to know for sure.
