View Full Version : Forums Loading Slow?

Anyone else having this problem? The homepage loads up fine, but when I searching around the forums it's taking me for ever. It loads the background instantly but can take a full minute or two to bring up the text. It's been happening to me for maybe a week now.
I'm using Internet Explorer 6.

ya...it happens to me too...and for around the same time...not sure what it is and i havent had the time to check settings or anything like that

Maybe its the fact that your using Internet Explorer ;)

Ditto. I've posted this in a couple of other related threads as well. I don't think it's necessarily an IE problem though, as I've seen people who use Firefox having the same problem.

Yeah, it's happened for so long for me that I just chalk it up as a necessary CAG experience. If I'm on for a little while then I know that at some point I'm going to have to close my browser and login again in a new window just to get it to load pages again.

I used to have that problem a lot but it suddenly went away. The forums aren't lightning quick by any means but they are a lot more tolerable then they have been to me in the past. So I'm down for a yes I've experienced this and a no for not lately. I've done nothing as far changing browsers or modem/router configurations it just magically went away.
