Im trying to send money and it wont let me, it keeps saying

For security reasons, you cannot use your PayPal account to send money until you have added a credit card or confirmed a bank account.

So I have money there, but I cant spend it? Thats like so stupid, its...gah, Im so mad. What do I do?

IDK. The amount your sending is less than the amount you have, correct? I thought you had to have either a credit card or bank account to use PayPal. How long have you had it?

Did you just open the account? It did the same thing to me when I first opened it. You have to put a credit card or bank account.

About 2 months, it didnt require anything like a CC or anything like that. Im sending $75 and I have $150
