I did Cars and Little Marmaid a few days ago. I'm in no rush for LM so the wait doesn't matter.

Oh and this wasn't mentioned in the OP but Amazon has a thing where if the price on Cars goes down before it comes out (they match the lowest store price) they will give it to you for their lowest offered price. So you will either get it for the 15 and change for sure or maybe less.

I'd say you're right on the 13.99 thing but they haven't reeleased anything in a while for that price so I don't know....
