Anyone else having trouble with Nyko Charge Station?

I picked up the Nyko charge station a few weeks back, but hadn't had much 360 time, so I never noticed this until now. The batteries don't hold much of a charge at all. I might get an hour or two per charge, if I'm lucky. I did notice that when the batteries are on to charge, the light only stays red for about 20 minutes before turning green, indicating full charge. From what I've read, it seems to be a rather common issue, but no word on if Nyko is offering to remedy the problem.

I got it at EB with credit, and it's well past the 7 day return period.

Anyone else having issues with this particular item?

Nyko has admitted that the first batch of these were defective, if you call them they will replace it free of charge even without a receit
