If I have no plans to get on xbox live with it or any of that, mainly because I dont have that option where I live, is the premium better off than the core?

If your planning on buying a memory card ( which you would need with the core ) & a wireless controler, then you wight as well just get the premium. Also, if you plan on playing any BC games, your gonna need a hard drive.

I can admit I was too busy to post and leave vs looking for the correct thread but does your life suck that bad where you see a post like this and quickly look in it to see if someone has made a smartass remark and if they didnt you jump in on it so you feel better about yourself?

You only had to click scroll down like twice to find the answer you were looking for in the OP of that thread, and I know that is quicker than making one.
Premium > Core in the long run. Lock.
You sir have "shown me up" and made me realize I need to go shoot myself. I am not worthy of this site for the simple minded thinking of making a quick post instead of waiting till I got off work to do a little more looking around before posting.

The same could be said of those that dont like the topic dont have to click on it and read to see what they already knew it was going to contain and leave a smartass remark. Goes both ways.
