Since Asian 360 games seem to be at least $20 cheaper than their American counterparts and most have English subtitles I was wondering if anyone has heard about Nintendo and Sony following the same line, except perhaps Sony releasing at $50 instead. Any good news to indicate this direction by either company.

Sony says the PS3 is going to be region free, so Asian games should work with American systems (and with Blu Ray they might just include every version of the game on a single disk), but I would guess that since the Playstation 3 is more popular there then the 360 the asian version games will be $60.
The Wii wont be region free so you wont be able to do that.
