I am a EA fan and almost always prefer their games. That being said last year Live stunk and this year I rented NBA 2K7 and again it's the best basketball on the 360. I haven't played Live 07 yet but it's gotta be REALLY good to beat 2K7.

There are already threads about the basketball games on the 360....2K7 seems to be the best.

Thread title made me giggle, NBA 2k7 is your answer. Imagine NBA JAM on the Arcade though, 4 player Xbox Live matches, 2 on 2, that would be insane.

Wow. Midway/Acclaim, are you reading this? Except I'd prefer Tournament Edition.

If they did it, and they did it right I doubt I would be buying a disc game for months.

NBA Jam would be awesome on XBLA.
I wonder if they could use the old rosters from the first game or if they'd need them to be updated. I don't know how the NBA and Player's Association license deals work, but I wouldn't be too suprised if they needed to be updated.

No, it would be much cooler with the old rosters... but yeah they probably would have to work something out
Anything to play with Ron Harper or Mitch Richmond again8-)

NBA Live does have some positives but 2K7 is by far the better game overall.

Yes, they would have to update them, unless they went to each player and signed them on again (my best understanding). Now, what they could do is include some classic uniforms, classic players, etc. along with new players. That would satisfy fans, probably.
