Anybody know how to remove a watermark off of a PDF?

Basically there's this form that I need to use that I found on the net as a PDF, but when I print it out it has a Water Mark on it. If anyone could help with instructions that would be great as I really don't feel like spending my Saturday retyping it.

I have Foxit, Adobe Acrobat (full).
