Question about time perameters after sale?

Ok i sold my psp on ebay ended yesterday at 8:30.

I sent the invoice to the buyer 5 minutes after the auction ended. And he has not responded even though i asked for a response so i would know exactly how it would be payed for.
How long should i wait for a response?

Also if this guy does stiff me and i have to put it up again are those fees for the first 2 auctions still on me or will ebay do something to protect me as a Truthful seller?
Reason im asking about the seller fees is now they are up to 17 dollars and i have not sold the item.

For those that dont know this is the second auction for this same psp bundle.
Also if any Cags want this bundle i will sell it to you for 165 shipped priority w/delivery confirmation.

I'd wait till tomorrow. Maybe he doesnt have internet at his house and wont be able to check until Monday morning while at work.

not quite sure what youre asking... the buyer does have till next friday to pay for the item before you can file a report. Then you have to wait another week before the item can be closed and a final value credit will be added to your account. You still have to pay the fee, however, they will just use that credit for any listings you make thereafter.

One day without payment, especially on the weekend, isn't really uncommon. If it goes for a couple more days then I'd worry.

Id wait 3 days for a reply..if he doesnt reply, send another one and wait another 3 days..if by then you havent gotten a reply or the payment etc etc..on the 7th day file the non paying bidder..that usually gets their attn.

Any explanation about this, from another CAG that says you fucked him over on this PSP?

i had reported him once , he had a deal with me to trade for his psp. then he backs out to try and sell on ebay after i ask him to explain how the serial # is not on the system , after that question he never replied back, then he sells it on ebay, then after he sells it claims that buyer backed out. so i then contacted that buyer and was told that the reason he did not buy it was he felt it was stolen and that the seller backed out of the deal sayign it was not the price he was looking for sayign her forgot to add a reserve, well as u can see again he claims a buyer has backed out again on ebay. i think this is a stolen item he trying to sell.... might wanna keep a eye on him..
Just so you know, selling stolen items is an immediately bannable offense, BTW.
