Pretty good if you have'nt picked up a PS2 yet.

They extended the sale an extra 2 days. Does outpost.com set expiration dates only to extended them the next day to produce a false sense of urgency? Some places are shady like that.

The website says the deal is good through today (10/17) yet when I try to add the item to my cart, the cart shows up empty.

Well, you have to ask yourself if the 10 games are worth $40, which I'd say they are. RE and Death by Degrees are crap filler in the bundle, but I'd say that Xenosaga, Time Splitters, I-Ninja and Demonstone are all grade A titles. The rest of the games are pretty decent as well.

Gotcha. In that case, I'd probably have to hold off. I have all 3 Xenosags, and I-ninja and Demonstone didn't do much for me.


Thanks for the advice. I was just wondering if maybe the game's values were more than $40, thus perhaps getting a new PS2 for less than $130 after selling on Ebay the games I wouldn't play.

I have to say, even though a few of those are crap, it's at least a wide range of styles, none of them are absolutely horrible, and a couple are actually really good. Really good deal, IMO.

The games could probably be resold individually for $90 or so.

It really isn't a terrible group of games. Some are terrible, but you got TimeSplitters and Xenosaga II in there.

Some of that mishmash stuff is great though. I Ninja is a solid title, and Taito Legends 1 is a blast.

Yeah the only thing truly bad in there is Death By Degrees. Not a bad bundle at all.

I just found out I need a PS2, and I'm considering this... Has anyone else gotten the bundle and tried to resell/trade-in the games? I'm between buying this and trading everything in at GameStop toward Wii stuff, or just getting a refurbed PS2.
