Thanks for the heads up! I didn't read the rules, but hopefuly it isn't restricted to people 18 and younger.

Any other old fogies remember SEGA's series of "card sized" toys? Like there were zip-pull vehicles, little water guns, and other cool pocket-sized things? I don't remember at all what they were called...

I skimmed the rules saw nothing about age.

It's located in the first rule of the contest.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Cartoon Network I-DOG Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 8 years or older, except residents of Florida and employees (and their immediate families and household members) of The Cartoon Network LP, LLLP ("Cartoon Network" or "Sponsor"), Time Warner Inc., Hasbro, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, trustees, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, affiliates, cable affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated entities (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"). Void in Florida and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants and their parents/legal guardians, if participant is a minor, agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations.

I already own two of these; a white one that I bought here and a blue one my brother got for me in Japan that does different stuff.

One more couldn't hurt. ;)

The only reason why it's 8 and up is because the product is made for 8 and up. I guess if the consumer isn't 8 and up they might choke on it.
