Best time to buy a DS Lite?

A few months ago I sold my old original DS, so since then I haven't been able to play my games, but now I may have a chance to buy a DS Lite. When is a good time to buy one? I might be able to buy one in a couple of weeks, but I'm also thinking of getting one in mid-late November, or even Black Friday because there might be a lower price or maybe a bundle (like the Mario Party GC bundle last year).

i would go buy one in a few weeks if ya can. i am sure the DS lite will be very popular item this christmass, plus if you want a black one they are hard to get cause everyone ones a onyx lite.. i would not wait.. but up to you.. thats just what i would. but i already have a onyx lite and its awesome

I seriously doubt the price of a standalone Lite will come down anytime soon from any of the major retailers. Perhaps someone will sell it bundled with some other stuff, but it's a crapshoot as to whether said bundle will appeal to you.

All of the colors are readily available around here. I like black, but have white since I bought mine on launch day.

Thanks for the input, I am planning on buying the Onyx one. I don't know yet, we'll see. I'm 51% towards getting one sooner than later, can't wait to start playing my DS games again.

Yesterday...It's that good. But I don't need to tell you that. But if you waited this long, I'd hold out for a bundle of some kind, as a price drop is unlikely.

I think 2:16 p.m is the optimal time to buy a DS Lite. You can sleep in, grab a ham, egg and cheese sammich with some chocolate milk, roll out to the store and buy it and still have plenty of time in the day left to enjoy it.
