I recently got a non-name brand (NYKO SUPER COBRA) guncon from a garage sale. When I hooked it up with Time Crisis II, it makes the gun sounds when I fire, but won't register that I'm shooting at the screen when I'm asked to calibrate. Any ideas why this isn't working?

not too sure, but did they come with the plugs you hook onto your pre-existing av cables? if so, im not sure...if not, then you gotta get those cables in order for it sense it.

Yeah, they do have the video extension things. I'm guessing they are somehow the problem since it can't sense where I'm shooting on the screen, I'm just hoping it's fixable.

What sort of tv are you playing on? If it's HD or front or rear projection it won't work.

Make sure the gun plugs directly into the TV (not to other wires). I had the same problem and that worked for me.

What do you do if you want to play with 2 guncons?

1) Look for the splitter cable (aka extension cable), plug the male end into your CRT TV.
2) Get your RCA/Composite/YellowRedWhite cable. Plug the yellow into the splitter cable (the end that goes into the TV).
3) Depending on the type of GunCon/2 you have. Plug the GunCon/2 male end into one of two female ends on the other end of the splitter. The other end of the splitter should have two female connections.
4) If your GunCon/2 has a USB or PS2 controller port connection, connection those as well.
5) Dual gun away!
