In summary, Sony has sued Lik-Sang in order to get them to not import PS3s to Europe, effectively screwing them.
With Sony making the PS3 region free (from what I've heard) I guess they didn't want any systems to be imported so they took this measure and opened up multiple lawsuits in order to force Lik-Sang to not import by wasting their money.
It's a crock of shit. They got so bent out of shape over the PSP that they pulled this out of their asses.
I feel sorry for European gamers, they get the shaft almost all the time when it comes to gaming.
