View Full Version : Newbie help on "bumping"

I made a tradelist but its mostly faded into obscurity. I've seen people type "bump" in their own trade list for days and I'm assuming that somehow that increases the amount of people that see it. I've looked for a "bump" command somewhere and I can't find it. Yea, I'm a n00b. Help me.

a bump command?
whenever you reply to a topic, it brings it back to the top of the first page. they type bump because it bumps it to the top. you could type herschwinkle if you wanted, it still gets it to the top of the list.

Actually now that I can ask, how do you edit a thread title?

The easiest way would be in the list of threads (which in your original example would be found in the CAG Trading Forums), click anywhere, but the text line in the thread you created. See how they're separated there with individual "boxes"? Double-click anywhere and it will let you edit your title.
Alternatively, you can go and click "Edit" in your original post, click "Go Advanced" and change the thread title there.
