At a local TRU they have Donkey Konga and its marked $19.99. I scanned it on the scanner and it said PROMO - Reg: $19.99 but didnt show the promo price. I remember on their big green tag sale from 2 years ago, green tags showed up as PROMO, so does that mean Donkey Konga is clearanced out?

Promo could be for any promotion/sale/clearnce/deal etc. in this case it's probably showing up as promo because of the B2G1F. IIRC back in 2004 some of the games that weren't green tagged also showed PROMO on the price scanner. Donkey Konga was on clearance at TRU but went off clearance when it got a universal drop to 19.99

$19.99 is the clearance price. Retail price is $45.
No it's $19.99 everywhere. Target, EB, Gamestop. Anywhere I've seen one lately.
