I passed on one 3 months ago at TRU for $20 and now I can't find one.

Yeah - good, clearanced games tend to be sold rather quickly. If you passed it up and can't find it at clearance anywhere else (or trade for it), you'll have to pony up the 50% extra to get it new.
It 's also a Castlevania game, so it's more uncommon than anything. It should be $30 in stores that have it in stock or on Amazon.com, shipped free.

dunno if there are any of the stores that are doing the $10 off of $30+ (google checkout )purchase that have this in stock, but that might be your best bet
