Not even close. The 360 and PC versions are completely different games. The PC is a tactical FPS, there's no 3rd person view at all. The have similar objectives and some of the same cross-com scenes...but totally different environments.
Personally, I enjoyed the 360 version over the PC...but they're both worth picking up (especially if the PC is $9.99).

PC still has better graphics than the 360 so its a shame its not he same type of game

As great as this game is, it will shred your PC to itsy bitsy pieces if you don't have a top of the line system. Its only 9.99 but you need a $400 video card for it to play well. :)

PC version online is pretty fun, make sure you get the latest update.

No you don't. It runs fine on my 7900GT all details maxed. Hardly a $400 video card.
