I was just wondering: have the prices for games, like Geometry Wars that have been there from the start risen in point prices? Have there ever been any cases of that? Thanks.

Don't believe so.

Wasn't Texas Hold'em free (48 hours) and now its $10, or is it still free?

I've seen some content drop in price but I don't think anything has risen in price.

I guess I have the opposite question, has content ever gotten discounted on XBLA?
EDIT: Vortega beat me to it. Thanks:)

I think some stuff for The Outfit that charged points originally is now free.

What they need is some price drops. WOuld be nice, like 6 months later a drop of 50 (for 400) 100(800) would interest me in some of them that I skiped out on.

For content, developers are just greedy. Playing RS3BA, the maps are still 5.99, after almost 3 years. THen the devs (EA) that release things that should be in the game (NFS, and those video hints on the marketplace for madden)

They should drop the price on some of the older DL content (or just make it free). Such as the GRAW chapters and the PD0 maps.

As far as I am concerned, the only XBLA content that deserves to be paid for is GRAW: Chapter 2. Everything else can suck a dick.

Really? How many points does that cost?

Yeah, but happy ending will be released "by Summer '07" and cost an additional 400 points. They like milking us. Literally.
