Help transcoding for 360!

The above link is a tutorial on how to transcode videos into wma. For whatever reason, I follow all the steps, but when I drag the video file onto the batch file, nothing happens. I'm not sure whats wrong, anyone know?

did you extract the folder to your root dir and rename it to vlc?

a little tip you can edit the bat file and put the path of the VLC anyway
